कहा कि इसकी कीमत काफी अधिक है और मुख्यालय में इस पर नजर रखने के लिए कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है। इस पर परिवहन मंत्री ने कहा कि मुख्यालय में कंट्रोल रूम बन चुका है। उन्होंने कहा कि यहां जीपीएस की कीमत बहुत अधिक नहीं है। ऐसे में सुरक्षित यात्रा के लिए वाहनों में जीपीएस लगाया जाना जरूरी है।
जीपीएस न होने पर नहीं बनेगा ग्रीन कार्ड:
बैठक में बताया गया कि व्यावसायिक वाहनों का यात्रा के लिए ग्रीन कार्ड तभी बनेगा, जब वाहनों में जीपीएस लगा हो। बताया गया कि प्रदेश में 2019 के बाद सभी वाहनों में कंपनियां जीपीएस लगाकर दे रही हैं। 2019 से पूर्व के वाहनों में वाहन स्वामियों को इसे लगाना है। उन्होंने साफ किया कि यात्रा में किराया बढ़ोत्तरी नहीं की जाएगी।
