उत्तरकाशी। सीमांत जनपद उत्तरकाशी में मेरी माटी मेरा देश अभियान भव्य रूप से आयोजित होगा। आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव के तहत आगामी 9 अगस्त से 15 अगस्त तक जिले में मेरी माटी मेरा देश अभियान चलेगा।इस अभियान के तहत जिले की प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत पर शिला फलक स्थापना पंच प्रण प्रतिज्ञा अमृत वाटिका की स्थापना वीरों का वंदन हर घर तिरंगा फहराने जैसे कार्यक्रम आयोजित होने हैं।

इस अभियान को सफल बनाने के लिए जिलाधिकारी अभिषेक रुहेला और मुख्य विकास अधिकारी गौरव कुमार ने नेतृत्व संभाला है। इस अभियान के तहत जिले की प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत पर शिला फलक स्थापना, पंच प्रण प्रतिज्ञा, अमृत वाटिका की स्थापना, वीरों का वंदन, हर घर तिरंगा फहराने जैसे कार्यक्रम आयोजित होने हैं। इसके अलावा मिट्टी यात्रा के तहत हर पंचायत से मिट्टी लेकर कर्तव्यपथ दिल्ली स्थित अमृत वाटिका में पहुंचाई जाएगी।

कार्यक्रम को लेकर पहले भी हो चुकी हैं बैठकें
इस कार्यक्रम को लेकर जिला मुख्यालय में पहले भी बैठकें हो चुकी हैं, जिनमें अधिकारियों को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। जिलाधिकारी अभिषेक रुहेला ने दैनिक जागरण से बातचीत करते हुए कहा कि देश के प्रति समर्पण एवं बलिदानियों के प्रति सम्मान को प्रदर्शित करने का यह एक बेहतर सुवसर है, जिसमें सभी लोगों को बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लेना चाहिए। इसमें जन-प्रतिनिधियों का पूरा सहयोग लेकर इसे जन-अभियान के रूप में संचालित किया जायेगा।

मुख्य विकास अधिकारी को बनाया गया नोडल अधिकारी
सभी विभाग परस्पर समन्वय बनाकर अभियान से जुड़ी जिम्मेदारियों का तत्परता से संपादन सुनिश्चित करेंगे। अभियान के संचालन को लेकर जिला स्तर पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी गौरव कुमार को नोडल अधिकारी बनाया गया है। साथ ही अधिकारियों की एक समिति भी बनाई गई है। इसी तरह ब्लॉक स्तर पर भी उपजिलाधिकारियों एवं खण्ड विकास अधिकारियों के संयोजन में समिति बनाई गई है। ग्राम पंचायत स्तर तक इसकी तैयारियां तत्काल शुरू कर दी और नगर निकायों में भी भव्यता के साथ कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाने हैं।
