सीबीआई जांच के बाद उत्तराखंड बंद का आह्वान नहीं, 11 जनवरी को खुले रहेंगे बाजार
देहरादून। उत्तराखंड की बेटी अंकिता भंडारी प्रकरण में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा सीबीआई जांच के आदेश दिए जाने के बाद प्रदेश में प्रस्तावित बंद को लेकर स्थिति स्पष्ट हो गई है। दून वैली महानगर उद्योग व्यापार मंडल और राष्ट्रवादी रीजनल पार्टी ने संयुक्त रूप से स्पष्ट किया है कि 11 जनवरी 2026 को उत्तराखंड बंद का कोई आह्वान नहीं किया गया है और प्रदेशभर में सभी बाजार सामान्य रूप से खुले रहेंगे।
दून वैली महानगर उद्योग व्यापार मंडल के प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी पंकज कपूर ने बताया कि 10 जनवरी 2026 को संगठन के मुख्यालय में हुई बैठक में इस विषय पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई। बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से निर्णय लिया गया कि मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा सीबीआई जांच की संस्तुति के बाद अब बंद का कोई औचित्य नहीं रह जाता। व्यापारियों ने आम जनता की दैनिक जरूरतों को ध्यान में रखते हुए बाजार खुले रखने का फैसला किया है।
उन्होंने बताया कि संगठन के अध्यक्ष पंकज मैसोंन ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा लिया गया यह निर्णय स्वागत योग्य है और इससे अंकिता भंडारी को न्याय मिलने की दिशा में एक मजबूत कदम उठाया गया है। ऐसे में व्यापारिक गतिविधियों को ठप करने के बजाय न्यायिक प्रक्रिया को आगे बढ़ने देना ही उचित है।
राष्ट्रवादी रीजनल पार्टी की ओर से भी इस फैसले का समर्थन करते हुए कहा गया कि अंकिता भंडारी को न्याय मिलना पूरे प्रदेश की सामूहिक भावना है। पार्टी ने मांग की कि इस मामले में जो भी दोषी हों, चाहे वे किसी भी पद या प्रभाव में हों, उनके खिलाफ कड़ी से कड़ी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए।
बैठक में मौजूद पदाधिकारियों ने एक स्वर में कहा कि व्यापारिक संगठनों और राजनीतिक दलों का उद्देश्य केवल विरोध नहीं, बल्कि सकारात्मक दबाव बनाकर न्याय सुनिश्चित कराना है। इसलिए अब जब सरकार ने सीबीआई जांच का निर्णय लिया है, तो पूरे प्रदेश को संयम और एकजुटता के साथ न्यायिक प्रक्रिया का समर्थन करना चाहिए।
प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी पंकज कपूर ने अंत में स्पष्ट किया कि दून वैली महानगर उद्योग व्यापार मंडल और राष्ट्रवादी रीजनल पार्टी आगे भी इस मामले पर नजर बनाए रखेंगी और यदि जरूरत पड़ी तो न्याय की लड़ाई में हर लोकतांत्रिक मंच पर अपनी आवाज उठाती रहेंगी।
