Joshimath: कैबिनेट की मुहर के बाद केंद्र को भेजा जाएगा राहत पैकेज का प्रस्ताव, 10 अप्रैल को होगी बैठक

चमोली जिले के अंतर्गत जोशीमठ शहर के आपदाग्रस्त क्षेत्र के पुनर्निर्माण, प्रभावितों के पुनर्वास जैसे विषयों को लेकर केंद्र को भेजे जाने वाले राहत पैकेज पर कसरत तेज हो गई है।
राहत पैकेज का प्रस्ताव ढाई से तीन हजार करोड़ रुपये का हो सकता है। इसे लेकर शासन स्तर पर गहनता से मंथन चल रहा है। 10 अप्रैल को होने वाली राज्य मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में यह प्रस्ताव रखा जाएगा। कैबिनेट की मुहर के बाद इसे केंद्र को भेजा जाएगा।

शासन स्तर पर राहत पैकेज के प्रस्ताव को लेकर कवायद तेज:
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की अध्यक्षता में पूर्व में हुई मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में जोशीमठ के लिए राहत पैकेज का प्रस्ताव केंद्र को भेजने का निर्णय लिया गया था। अब जबकि जोशीमठ में भवन क्षति समेत अन्य सर्वे कार्य लगभग पूर्ण हो गया है तो शासन स्तर पर राहत पैकेज के प्रस्ताव को लेकर कवायद तेज हो गई है।
हाल में जोशीमठ को लेकर गठित उच्चाधिकार प्राप्त समिति की बैठक में भी इस बारे में विमर्श हुआ था। अब प्रस्ताव को अंतिम रूप देने की तैयारी है। सोमवार को मुख्य सचिव डा एसएस संधु ने आपदा प्रबंधन सचिव डा रंजीत सिन्हा के साथ जोशीमठ के आपदा राहत पैकेज के संबंध में चर्चा की।
सूत्रों के अनुसार राहत पैकेज के बिंदुओं को चयनित कर लिया गया है। एक-दो दौर की बैठकों के बाद प्रस्ताव को अंतिम रूप दे दिया जाएगा। राहत पैकेज का प्रस्ताव कैबिनेट के समक्ष रखा जाएगा। वहां से हरी झंडी मिलते ही इसे केंद्र को भेजा जाएगा। उम्मीद जताई जा रही है कि इस माह के आखिर तक जोशीमठ के लिए केंद्र से बड़ी राहत राज्य को मिल जाएगी।

दिल्ली में एनडीएमए की बैठक आज संभावित:
जोशीमठ को लेकर मंगलवार को दिल्ली में राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (एनडीएमए) की बैठक संभावित है। इसमें जोशीमठ में जांच कार्य में जुटे संस्थानों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ उनकी प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट के साथ ही समस्या के स्थायी समाधान के सिलसिले में विमर्श होगा। किसी निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचने के बाद ही एनडीएमए इस बारे में राज्य से जानकारी साझा करेगा।
