उत्तराखंड में आंशिक बादल मंडरा रहे हैं और कहीं-कहीं भारी बारिश का क्रम जारी है। हालांकि, दून में मौसम का मिजाज अचानक बदल रहा है। सुबह चटख धूप खिलने के बाद शाम तक भारी बारिश के दौर हो रहे हैं। अगले कुछ दिन मौसम इसी प्रकार का बना रह सकता है। वहीं शनिवार को चमोली जिले में बदरीनाथ राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग कमेडा, नंदप्रयाग व छिनका में मलबा आने के कारण अवरुद्ध है। यात्री हाईवे खुलने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं।
बारिश को लेकर यलो अलर्ट जारी
मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र के निदेशक बिक्रम सिंह के अनुसार, देहरादून, उत्तरकाशी, टिहरी, चंपावत व ऊधमसिंह नगर में गरज-चमक के साथ तीव्र वर्षा के दौर हो सकते हैं। कुछ क्षेत्रों में आकाशीय बिजली चमकने के साथ ही भारी बारिश को लेकर यलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। अन्य जिलों में आंशिक बादल छाये रह सकते हैं। दून में शुक्रवार को सुबह से आंशिक बादल मंडराने के बाद चटख धूप खिल गई। दोपहर तक धूप ने पसीने छुड़ाए और पारे में भी इजाफा हो गया। हालांकि, दोपहर बाद करीब तीन बजे से मौसम ने करवट बदली और हल्की बौछारों का दौर शुरू हुआ। इसके बाद देर शाम तक शहर के ज्यादातर क्षेत्रों में झमाझम बारिश का क्रम बना रहा। जिससे पारे में गिरावट आई। बारिश के कारण शहर में कई जगह जलभराव भी हुआ। सड़कों पर बारिश का पानी बहने से आवाजाही प्रभावित रही। दून में आज भी तीव्र बारिश के दौर हो सकते हैं। आंशिक बादलों के बीच हल्की धूप खिलने के भी आसार हैं।
नालियां चोक होने से घरों में घुसा पानी
नगर निगम के वार्ड-85 दौड़वाला में नालिया चोक होने और जल निकासी की व्यवस्था न होने के कारण बारिश का पानी घरों व दुकानों में घुस गया। स्थानीय निवासी लता सेमवाल ने बताया बारिश का पानी दुकान व घरों में घुस रहा है। जल निकासी का कोई प्रबंध न होने के कारण बारिश के दौरान सड़कें तालाब में तब्दील हो जाती हैं। जंगल की ओर से भी पानी सड़कों पर बह रहा है, जिससे आवाजाही में बच्चों व बुजुर्गों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
