देहरादून : भाजपा ने अग्निवीर योजना को सक्षम सैनिक, सशक्त सेना और समर्थ देश बनाने की दिशा में क्रांतिकारी बताया है। कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने अग्निवीरों को सीआरपीएफ, सीआईएसएफ समेत केंद्रीय सुरक्षा बलों में 10 फीसदी आरक्षण देने की घोषणा के लिए पीएम मोदी का आभार व्यक्त किया है।

पार्टी मुख्यालय में पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए सैनिक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने अग्निपथ योजना को एक परिवर्तनकारी कदम बताया। उन्होंने कहा, इस योजना के तहत अग्निवीर के तौर पर सशस्त्र बलों में सेवा करने का सुनहरा मौका मिल रहा है। अग्निपथ योजना में तहत अग्निवीर की भर्ती पूरे देश में मैरिट के आधार पर संचालित है। योग्यता एवं संगठनात्मक आवश्यकता के आधार पर 04 साल के बाद केंद्रीय, पारदर्शी एवं कड़ी प्रक्रिया के जरिए 25 प्रतिशत अग्निवीरों का चयन होगा तथा भर्ती प्रक्रिया में कोई भी बदलाव नहीं होगा। इसमें कठोर सैन्य प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा।
सैनिक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश कहा 14 जून 2022 को घोषित अग्निपथ योजना में 17 से 21 साल की उम्र के युवाओं को चार सालों के लिए भर्ती करने का प्रावधान है, जिसमें 25 प्रतिशत अग्निवीरों को अगले 15 सालों तक बनाए रखा जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा अग्निवीर जैसी योजनाएं यूरोप, अमेरिका, चीन आदि तमाम देशों में लागू है और किसी भी आधुनिक सेना की मजबूती के लिए यह बेहद अहम कड़ी है।मंत्री ने कहा अग्निवीर योजना, सक्षम सैनिक से सशक्त सेना और सशक्त सेना से समर्थ देश बनाने का प्रक्रम है। अग्निवीर योजना, सैन्य क्षमता में वृद्धि, जागरूक नागरिकों के निर्माण और युवाओं को रोजगार के अधिक अवसर देने वाली है। आज जब इस पर चर्चा हो रही है तो बड़ी प्रसन्नता की खबर आई है केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय से, जिसने सीआरपीएफ एवं सीआईएसएफ समेत केंद्रीय बलों में अग्निवीरों के लिए 10 फीसदी आरक्षण की घोषणा की है। यह कोई सामान्य संख्या नही है बल्कि वर्तमान में ही लगभग 40 हजार से अधिक होगी।
उन्होंने कहा अग्निवीरों को पहाडों से लेकर रेगिस्तान तक के विभिन्न इलाकों में जल, थल या वायु में राष्ट्र की सेवा का अवसर मिलेगा। अग्निवीरों के प्रथम वर्ष का वित्तीय पैकेज लगभग 4.76 लाख के साथ-साथ भत्ते तथा मासिक वेतन का 30 प्रतिशत अंशदान सेवा निधि का भी लाभ मिलेगा जो कि 04 वर्षों के बाद लगभग रू0 11.71 लाख मिलेगा और यह धनराशि आयकर से भी मुक्त होगी। यदि सेवाकाल के दौरान कोई भी अग्निवीर शहीद हो जाता है तो 44 लाख रू0 की अतिरिक्त अनुग्रह राशि दी जाएगी। इसके अतिरिक्त 48 लाख रू० का गैर अंशदायी जीवन बीमा कवर भी प्रदान किया जाएगा। अपंगता की स्थिति में चिकित्सा अधिकारियों द्वारा निर्धारित दिव्यांगता के प्रतिशत के आधार पर मुआवजा भी दिया जाएगा। अग्निवीर का 04 साल का कार्यकाल पूरा होने पर सेवा निधि के हकदार होंगे।
सैनिक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा जिन लोगों ने सत्ता पाने पर इस योजना को पलटने का वादा कर रहे हैं जनता उन्हे एक बार फिर चुनावों में पलट दिया है। क्योंकि ये वह लोग हैं जिन्होंने सत्ता में रहते सेना और देश की बेहतरी के लिए कभी कोई प्रयास नहीं किया और आज देश और देशवासियों की मजबूती के लिए शुरू की जाने वाली प्रत्येक कार्य का विरोध करते हैं। अग्निवीर योजना को लेकर भी बिना किसी तथ्यात्मक जानकारी, तकनीकी ज्ञान और व्यवहारिक अनुभवों के, सिर्फ और सिर्फ राजनैतिक लाभ के लिए युवाओं को भ्रमित करने के प्रयासों में जुटे हैं। बड़े बड़े विशेषज्ञों के लंबे विमर्श के बाद इस योजना को लाया गया है, इसे अभी समय देने की जरूरत है। जिसमे अनुभवों के आधार पर सुधार की गुंजाइश बनी हुई है। अपना राजनैतिक स्वाभिमान बचाने के लिए कांग्रेस और विपक्ष लगातार सेना का मान दांव की रणनीति लागू करने में जुटी है।
उन्होंने कहा आज जो सैनिकों के नाम पर हल्ला मचा रहे हैं उन्होंने अपने शासन के 70 वर्षों में कभी वन रैंक वन पेंशन को लागू नही किया। ये वही नेता हैं जिनको सैनिकों को विपरीत मौसम और आधुनिक हथियारों की कमी से सीमा पर मरते कभी नजर नहीं आए। जिनके नेता स्व.जनरल रावत को सड़क का गुंडा बताकर अपनी राजनीति चमकाते रहे। उत्तराखंड की राष्ट्रवादी जनता कभी विपक्ष की झूठी एवं अनर्गल तथ्यों को स्वीकार नहीं करने वाली है।
