उत्तरकाशी/गंगोत्री : SDRF ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि आज दिनांक 17 जुलाई 2024 को 112 के माध्यम से SDRF टीम को सूचना मिली कि हरिद्वार निवासी बलराम गिरी निरंजन देव, उम्र 23 वर्ष गंगोत्री धाम से पहाड़ी की ओर जंगल में रास्ता भटक गए है।

उक्त सूचना पर SI सावर सिंह नेगी के नेतृत्व में एसडीआरएफ व गंगोत्री पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम तत्काल तलाश हेतु जंगल की ओर निकल गयी। SDRF टीम व जिला पुलिस द्वारा संयुक्त रेस्क्यू अभियान चलाते हुए लगभग 04 किमी दूर पैदल व खड़ी चढ़ाई में सर्चिंग करते हुए उक्त साधु को सकुशल ढूढ़ लिया गया जिसके पश्चात वैकल्पिक रास्तों से होते हुए सकुशल ईशावाश्य आश्रम गंगोत्री पहुंचाया गया। साधु बाबा द्वारा सकुशल रेस्क्यू किये जाने के लिए SDRF तथा जिला पुलिस का आभार व्यक्त किया गया।
