हरियाणा के मेवात जिले में हुई हिंसा में बजरंग दल और पुलिसकर्मियों की हत्या करने के विरोध में बजरंग दल के कार्यकर्ताओं ने जिलाधिकारी के माध्यम से राष्ट्रपति को ज्ञापन सौंपा है। कार्यकर्ताओं ने राष्ट्रपति से इस घटना की उच्च स्तरीय जांच कराने की मांग की है। बुधवार को लैंसडाउन चौक पर संगठन के कार्यकर्ता नारेबाजी करते हुए धरना देने लगे। इस दौरान भारी मात्रा में पुलिस बल तैनात रहा।
चौक से कार्यकर्ता एकजुट होकर बुद्धा चौक, दून अस्पताल के रास्ते नारेबाजी के साथ रैली निकालते हुए कलेक्ट्रेट परिसर में पहुंचे। एक घंटे तक कार्यकर्ताओं ने कलेक्ट्रेट परिसर में धरना दिया। इस दौरान एडीएम प्रशासन एसके बरनवाल ने कार्यकर्ताओं को शांत कराने का प्रयास किया और खुद को ज्ञापन सौंपने के लिए कार्यकर्ताओं से अपील की।
आक्रोशित कार्यकर्ताओं ने कहा ज्ञापन सिर्फ जिलाधिकारी को ही सौंपा जाएगा। कार्यकर्ताओं ने पुलिस अधिकारियों व एडीएम की एक ना सुनी और जिलाधिकारी को बुलाने की मांग की। काफी देर उपरांत जिलाधिकारी सोनिका कार्यकर्ताओं के समीप पहुंची और कार्यकर्ताओं से शांति व्यवस्था बनाए रखने की अपील की। इसके बाद संगठन के पदाधिकारियों ने सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही की मांग करते हुए जिलाधिकारी को ज्ञापन सौंपा।
ऐसी घटनाएं घातक और निंदनीय
उन्होंने कहा कि हिंदुओं की आस्था व श्रद्धा के केंद्र पांडव कालीन प्राचीन शिव मंदिर की धार्मिक यात्रा पर जिहादियों ने पथराव किया है और पहाड़ों से गोलियां चलाई है। इसमें दो पुलिस के होमगार्ड की मृत्यु हुई है, साथ ही दल के कार्यकर्ता भी घायल हुए हैं। ऐसी घटनाएं समाज के लिए घातक और निंदनीय है। पदाधिकारियों ने इस घटना की उच्च स्तरीय जांच कराकर सभी दोषियों को कठोर दंड देने की मांग की है।
